Spend some more time on it. I would personally have a huge break off of the atmosphere at about 21 seconds and bring in a slow build up creating an entire new one. My opinion. Otherwise it goes on for too long and people lose interest

Potential

There is some potential here to have a kickass song.. That guitar needs to have some better quality to it the low end is not right sounding. I can hear you have some skill behind your playing. ( if that's you). I can give you some tips on some recording techniques if you don't mind.
